HACC Clearinghouse

Welcome to the Home and Community Care (HACC) Projects Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse aims to promote and disseminate outcomes of quality innovations and research, and to provide access to information on HACC funded projects to the HACC and community care sector.

The HACC Program’s one-off service development grants are made available to agencies and consultants to encourage specific research and development activities, which are designed to improve service delivery for HACC consumers. These grants have achieved positive outcomes for clients and agencies involved, sharing of innovations amongst agencies and the implementation of new approaches across the sectors with benefits to the HACC program at the local, regional and state-wide levels.
