Why fund project/agency
The SMR assessment summary report indicated agencies would benefit from additional resources to address the areas of advocacy, dementia, complaints and privacy.
Workforce development and support
To strengthen and resource the capacities of agencies to respond to the recommendations arising from their HACC Standards implementation plans through inter-agency information sharing, training and development of standardized documentation to promote regional consistency in the areas of advocacy, dementia, complaints and privacy. .
To strengthen agency capacity to meet the HACC National Service Standards Assessment through training, inter-agency information sharing and development of templates.
