Aims
To strengthen and resource the capacities of agencies to respond to the recommendations arising from their HACC Standards implementation plans through inter-agency information sharing, training and development of standardized documentation to promote regional consistency in the areas of advocacy, dementia, complaints and privacy. .

To strengthen agency capacity to meet the HACC National Service Standards Assessment through training, inter-agency information sharing and development of templates.
